This 1-inch ball mount base accommodates handlebars with diameters of 0.5 inches (12mm), 0.87 inches (22mm), 1 inch (25.4mm), and 1.26 inches (32mm). The tool-free design ensures easy installation or removal.

Design and Protection

The package includes three soft rubber ring inserts to provide a snug fit and protect the mounting surface. The rubber ring inserts have diameters of 0.5 inches (12mm), 0.87 inches (22mm), and 1 inch (25.4mm). You can choose the appropriate rubber ring based on your handlebar diameter. When the rubber ring is not used, the hole diameter of the handlebar mounting base is 1.26 inches (32mm).

Vibration Resistance and Mounting Flexibility

The handlebar ball mount utilizes rubber inserts and a lock-bolt system to prevent loosening in high-vibration conditions. It is compatible for mounting to motorcycle & bike handlebars, rear-view mirrors, and other round rails within the specified dimensions.

Material and Durability

Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, this 1-inch ball handlebar mount undergoes CNC machining and Grade III hard anodizing for durability and reliability in demanding environments. The TPU over-molded ball head ensures anti-slip and wear-resistant performance.

Compatibility

This 1-inch ball handlebar mount is compatible with RAM Mounts and BRCOVAN B-size 1-inch ball double socket arms. It also works for other devices that use a 1-inch swivel ball mounting pattern.
